At Artscape Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase. If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our studio in pristine condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
